Currently, we offer:
QUICKFIT- 30 minute HIIT/Metabolic workout for one or two people. Includes a free written 15 minute warmup for before the session: $40/Individual $35/groups of two - per session
CIRCUIT SESSIONS - 40 minutes 3-6 people. Metabolic Training that stays fresh and fun with others to build energy. Small enough to get a lot of attention and detailed instruction while being easier on the pocketbook: $20/person per session
BOOTCAMP - 8-14 people. $99/month T/TH at 9AM. With relays and ropes, tires and more, this group works to fire all cylinders. Get a full-body workout with challenges, relays and super effective metabolic training. We'll be outside when weather permits.

ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Johanna Adams has been training individuals and groups for 9 years. She heads up Training for the Delavan Fitness Center and runs Transform Nation Bootcamp in Delavan. She is the mother of four, a point guard on a local basketball team, and lover of virtually all things fitness related.
